Salesforce Developer (Contract)

As a Salesforce Developer, you will design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support our business objectives. Working closely with the CRM and Revenue Operations teams, you will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing our overall CRM capabilities.

• Design, implement, and maintain customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Screen Flows.
• Manage and maintain data integrations between Salesforce and other core business systems using iPaaS tools (Celigo) or built-in platform features.
• Configure and customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and record types.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and refine project scopes.
• Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, guide users through user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshoot system issues to provide timely support.
• Create and maintain detailed technical designs, system configurations, and code documentation to ensure platform scalability, while providing training materials for administrators and end-users.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining complex CRM environments.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows) and solid familiarity with foundational web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is preferred.
• Foundational training or experience in Python, Node.js, or advanced JavaScript is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
