Visionist has an exciting new, fully FUNDED opportunity for a UX / UI Designer on our PRIME contract. You will be joining an exciting mission centered around providing visualization and presentation services for the prototyping, development, and production of analytic tools. The team focuses on providing user experience, systems engineering, and graphic design support to an entire software development portfolio. You will have the chance to participate in Neilson Norman Group Trainings, as well as 508 training, to develop and advance your skills. Your contributions are…

• Partner with developers, managers, and systems engineers to keep intelligence products modern and cutting edge
• Participate in the creation and execution of user surveys, interviews, and observations
• Research and document user workflows and create mockups/wireframes of analysis tools based on user and customer needs
• Interact with multiple development teams and create artifacts using tools such as Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud Suite
  
  

Requirements For Your New Career…

• Bachelor's degree in cognitive and/or experimental psychology, human factors engineering, or an engineering related field.
• 5 years of experience in UX design
• Experience with UI prototyping, visual communication, and interactive design
• Enterprise experience doing UX across multiple applications
• Ability to design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
• Experience in workflow and usability testing, as well as capability to generate suggested changes per user and customer requests
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Axure, XD, and/or Figma
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional product development teams

Salary range: $115,000 - $170,000
