Cyber & AI Strategist (m/f/d)

Your new role

• Define AI & App Security Rules — Establish security guidelines for users, AI specialists, and development teams;
• Approve or Reject AI Solutions — Evaluate proposed AI implementations to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements;
• Implement KPIs — Develop and monitor performance indicators to measure security effectiveness;
• Prevent Threats — Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments and define mitigation measures;
• Collaborate with Stakeholders — Work closely with IT, data protection, audit, and business teams to ensure secure solution deployment.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor Degree in IT or similar;
• 5+ Years of Experience (Proven background in AI development and cybersecurity);
• Experience in industrial environments (automotive sector is a plus);
• Fluent English.
