We are looking for a Scrum Master for a project based in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Motivate the Scrum team, management and stakeholders in having an Agile mindset.
• Help the team removing any impediments and protect them from external distractions/obstacles.
• Recognize anti-patterns and coach the team on how to avoid/mitigate them.
• Enable the team to drive their own Continuous Improvement and guide them in this process.
• Configuration and analysis of complex reports and indicators.
• Analysis of organizational behaviors and structures and their impact on team processes.

Required skills:

• Experience as a Scrum Master in an agile methodology.
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Experience in Agile Software Development frameworks like Jira and Confluence.
• Team-oriented vision with strong commitment.
• Proactive taking own initiative to mitigate risk, and prevent issues arising.
• Excellent Team player.
• Good work ethic and high levels of motivation.
• Very Good communication skills.
• Availability/Flexibility.
• Reactivity, autonomy and curiosity.
• Experience with Outsystems teams (plus).
• Experince with insurance sector (plus).
• Scrum Master Certification (plus).
• Good communication Skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
