Location - Hybrid - Atlanta, Las Vegas, Reno, Austin.

Salary - $120k-150k annually

Hydrogen Group is looking for experienced Game Designers who would be interested in hearing about on-going needs our customers have for Game Designers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Interactive Media, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

• 3+ years of experience in game design, preferably in the casino gaming or interactive entertainment industry.

• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and pacing.

• Proficiency with game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating design concepts and feedback.

• Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints and business objectives.
