DevOps Engineer

DevOps Engineer / Java / Angular / Camunda / eBanking / 100% / Zurich

Project:

For a modern eBanking environment, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to further develop and operate a service-oriented platform. The role includes software development, DevOps responsibility, and participation in architecture-related topics within an agile team. The focus is on the development and operation of business-critical eBanking services and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement new features and technical requirements.
• Further develop and operate a modern eBanking and process platform.
• Ensure stable operations and take responsibility for DevOps and 3rd-level support tasks.
• Participate in the design and further development of solution architectures.
• Contribute new technical and methodological ideas for the continuous optimization of the platform.
• Develop and maintain backend and frontend components.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and other development teams.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Software Engineer or DevOps Engineer in modern development environments.
• Completed degree in (Business) Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• Solid knowledge of Java, Spring, Angular, JEE, JPA, as well as Oracle and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Camunda or comparable workflow or BPM platforms.
• Proficient in using Git, IntelliJ, Jenkins, Sonar, and Jira.
• Experience in developing internet-facing services and distributed system architectures.
• Team-oriented, communicative, and self-reliant personality with a strong customer focus.
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for implementing innovative solutions collaboratively within a team.
