Role: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Location: Remote

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handles the daily operations of a team, focusing on HR functions, performance, and accountability.
• Ensures the team meets development goals, addresses performance issues, communicates status updates, and fosters a collaborative work environment.
• Experience with Scrum and Kanban processes
• Agile PMs or equivalent experience with experience in work Intake mgmt. running agile ceremonies etc.

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $[95,000 - 130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
