Role: Software Engineer – Fullstack Developer

Your Responsibilities

• Extend and develop a custom C# framework for workflow migration.
• Build and maintain modern frontend components using React.js and/or StencilJS.
• Develop scalable microservices with .NET 8 and C#.
• Write and maintain technical documentation.
• Extend and improve the automated testing framework.
• Support pilot deployments by providing fast and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate technical solutions against business requirements.
• Balance framework development, feature implementation, and evolving pilot priorities in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in .NET 8.0 and C#.
• Experience with React.js and/or StencilJS (Web Components).
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, MassTransit).
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• Building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core (OpenAPI).
• Experience with OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong understanding of Agile, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in dynamic, incubator-style environments.
• Experience extending workflow frameworks.
• Strong production troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Customer-facing experience during onboarding and validation phases.
• Ability to design reusable, generic software components.
