What we expect ?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the IT consulting/services sector, with at least 3 years of leadership in cloud and digital transformation.
- Strategic-level knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, Data & Analytics and Security services.
- Proficiency in Cloud Economics, including TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis and awareness of FinOps principles.
- Strong strategic planning, stakeholder management, and CXO-level communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
- Professional-level cloud certifications or demonstrated strategic expertise in GCP, AWS, or Azure ecosystems.
- Experience with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and cloud marketplace dynamics is preferred.
- Proven track record in leading the commercial strategies and business case development for large-scale legacy-to-cloud migration projects.
- Extensive experience in identifying and scaling business opportunities within the Big Data and Artificial Intelligence domains.
- Analytical thinker, skilled in problem-solving, creative, solution-oriented, and maintains a positive mindset in all circumstances.
- A visionary professional capable of seeing the "big picture" and positioning their work within that context.
- Ability to represent Turkcell DBS at industry forums, customer workshops, and thought leadership events.
- High proficiency in planning, briefing, presentation, and reporting, with a data-driven approach.
- Capable of keeping pace with a high-intensity workload through effective time management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
What Does the BUSINESS DEVELEOPMENT MANAGER (DIGITAL NATIVE) Role Do at Turkcell?
- Ensure the strategic positioning of the company’s Google Cloud (GCP) based infrastructure, data modernization, AI, and Managed Services portfolio across target sectors.
- Integrate Google Cloud’s " Industry Solutions" vision with local market dynamics.
- Strategic Business Development in the Digital Native sector, focusing on high-growth Gaming, SaaS, and Digital Platform ecosystems through cloud-native innovation and scalable infrastructure.
- Enable Sales, Presales, and Product teams to align key products like BigQuery, GKE, Vertex AI, and Anthos with the correct sector-specific solutions.
- Develop high-impact value propositions by aligning Google Cloud’s core portfolio (Data, AI, Infrastructure) with industry-specific business outcomes to accelerate customer adoption.
- Create sectoral vertical solutions from horizontal tools (BigQuery, Vertex AI, etc.) and support these solutions with tangible business outcomes
- Develop scenarios compliant with local regulations by supporting global sectoral strategies with horizontal solutions, considering the local ecosystem and market dynamics.
- Identify GCP-focused growth opportunities in the one or more following vertical sectors:
-Personalization AI, inventory management, Black Friday scaling strategies, etc.
-Open Banking, Fraud Detection, and Regulated Cloud requirements.
-Industry 4.0, Visual Inspection AI, and IoT Core solutions.
-Positioning cloud-native application development and DevOps/SRE transformation as business accelerators.
- Aligning GenAI, Zero Trust, Edge Computing, and Serverless technologies with specific sectoral needs to create competitive advantages.
- Drive the creation and qualification of a high-quality sales pipeline by proactively identifying large-scale digital transformation opportunities within target accounts and sectors.
- Leverage Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem and local ISV network to co-create 'better-together' solutions that solve complex customer challenges
- Collaborate with the Google Cloud partner ecosystem to identify and qualify strategic leads, ensuring a robust pipeline that aligns with Turkcell DBS’s revenue growth targets
- Navigate local regulatory landscapes (KVKK, BDDK) to design compliant GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies that unlock cloud opportunities in regulated industries.
- Combine Google Cloud services with managed services to create industry-specific packages.
- Educate sales teams on Google Cloud’s "Consumption-based" growth model and present strategic roadmaps.
- Provide sectoral use-case guidance to Presales teams, ensuring solutions align with Google’s strategic best practices and value realization frameworks.
