Role Overview

For our client,we are looking for a Workday Associates to support ongoing Workday-related activities within a global HR technology environment. The role combines system support, testing, process improvement, and collaboration with HR, business, and IT stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with initial Workday experience who would like to further develop their expertise in HR systems and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administration activities within Workday
• Assist in maintaining data quality and ensuring accurate system records
• Participate in testing activities related to Workday enhancements, releases, and system chan
• gesExecute test cases, document results, and support defect trackng
• Support business users by investigating and resolving Workday-related issues and requests
• Assist with data uploads, reporting activities, and system updates
• Gather and document business requirements for Workday improvements
• Collaborate with HR teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to support system initiatives
• Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement projects within the Workday environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience with Workday HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Reporting, or other Workday modules
• Practical experience supporting Workday operations and end users
• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle activities
• Experience with system testing, UAT, or quality assurance activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environent
