Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, Local

We are looking for a “Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist, Local” to be assigned to our “Human Resources-Payroll and Personnel Affairs, Local” located in “İstanbul HQ.”
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
• Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments of universities, preferably with a quantitative or engineering-oriented background,
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in personnel administration, payroll operations, attendance management, and payroll accrual processes within holding companies and/or multi-company structures,
• Experience in expat payroll operations and international payroll practices,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Hands-on experience in SAP HR and SuccessFactors payroll processes, with involvement in digital transformation and RPA projects.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills,
• Advanced communication and coordination skills, with experience in team management and stakeholder communication,
• Well-developed planning, problem-solving, and process follow-up skills,
• No restrictions for domestic and international travel.

• Managing payroll, personnel administration, and legal processes for expatriate employees in coordination with local payroll providers, in compliance with the relevant country regulations, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll data,
• End-to-end management of payroll and employee benefits processes,
• Preparing and following up on correspondences with relevant official institutions and stakeholders,
• Maintaining personnel files in a complete and up-to-date manner,
• Controlling and approving onboarding and offboarding processes,
• Taking active responsibility in processes related to compensation, fringe benefits, and employee social benefits,
• Taking an active role in system development projects aimed at the digitalization and automation of manual processes.
