Our Requirements:

• University degree from reputable law faculties in Turkey (Master’s degree is an asset),
• 2-5 years of legal experience in a company or reputable law firm,
• Comprehensive knowledge on payment services and electronic money, banking & financing services, fintech, AML, contracts and information technologies law,
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines,
• Having analytical and problem solving mind,
• Fluency in oral and written English.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on projects and procedures,
• Analyze and identify legal risks and implications,
• Draft, review, prepare various contracts, provide legal advice and ensure all contracts are applicable to law,
• Carry out corporate documentation and transactions,
• Provide legal advice on matters pertaining to laws and regulations related to the Hepsiburada group companies’ operating fields,
• Monitor and follow up the amendments on the relevant legislation and inform the management and related departments,
• Ensure the necessary compliance and competency of the applicable laws and regulations especially E-Commerce Law, Personal Data Protection Law and Competition Law.
