Craftone Games is an Istanbul-based indie studio building immersive PC experiences. We are in a high-growth stage, scaling our flagship title, Narco Check, a border security simulation set in 2000s Colombia.

We are locked in for the next level. With 10,000+ wishlists on Steam and a global partnership with (Ultimate Games), we are looking for a focused developer to join our dynamic team for the final feature implementation and polish phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Feature Development: Implement and refine new gameplay features in Unity URP based on project documentation.

Game Polish: Fine-tune existing mechanics, UI interactions, and game feel to ensure a high-quality player experience.

Performance Optimization: Debug and optimize Draw Calls, Batching, and Memory to ensure seamless performance on Steam.

Code Quality: Write and refactor modular C# code to ensure stability during the final production stages.

Team Synergy: Work in sync with our dynamic team to meet project milestones and maintain the "indie spirit."

REQUIREMENTS:

URP & Optimization: Solid experience with Universal Render Pipeline and a proven track record of optimizing PC games.

AI Mastery (MANDATORY): High proficiency in using Claude / LLM tools to accelerate development and solve complex logic is strictly required.

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C#, OOP, and Git version control.

Polish-Oriented: A keen eye for detail and the ability to enhance game feel and stability.

Dynamic Mindset: Ability to adapt quickly within a fast-paced, agile indie environment.

BONUS:

Previous experience working on a shipped Steam project.
