Got at least 2 years of experience managing IT projects (SaaS/Cloud)? If you know Agile and Waterfall inside out and speak fluent English, we want to meet you. You’ll be responsible for coordinating Google Workspace and Zendesk rollouts, plus getting hands-on with cutting-edge Google AI projects like Gemini Enterprise.

Your responsibilities:

• Deliver SaaS: Manage implementations for Google, Zendesk, Pipedrive, and Twilio.
• Process Management: Maintaining and continuously improving both internal and external processes to drive efficiency.
• Smooth Transitions: Ensure project fluidity and high user adoption.
• Coordinate: Bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Build & Scale: Improve internal tools and workflows.
• AI Innovation: Lead Gemini/Google AI projects and support AI product development.

Requirements:

• Track Record: At least 2 years of managing IT projects. If you’ve worked with SaaS or Cloud solutions, that’s a huge plus!
• Toolkit: Practical knowledge of Project Management (Agile, Waterfall) and Change Management methodologies.
• Software: Experience with CRM, Helpdesk tools, and project management apps.
• Leadership: Great at organizing work, delegating tasks, and keeping the technical team on track through effective status meetings. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on coordinating technical teams and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Communication: Native Polish and Fluent C1 English is a must-have for your daily interactions with both clients and our team.

Nice to have:

• Tools: Practical knowledge of the Google Workspace ecosystem, Zendesk, Pipedrive, Twilio, or Jira.
• Certifications: Professional certification in project management (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master, PMP/PMI).
