About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on engineer with experience in building hardware-oriented products and a solid understanding of system architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Take end-to-end responsibility for feature alignment, implementation, and delivery
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications
• Define product parameters and functionality based on customer needs
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation
• Analyze feature performance during test drives
• Ensure tasks are completed in line with quality standards and project schedules

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid knowledge of electronics and measurement fundamentals
• Familiarity with microcontrollers and embedded software programming
• Strong teamwork skills and professional integrity
• Proficiency in MS Office
• English proficiency min. B2
• Availability to be present in the Kraków office at least 2 time per month
