Main purpose of the Role:
The Automation & Process Intelligence team leads the organisation’s Task Mining, Process Mapping and Process Re-engineering initiatives, leveraging advanced technologies such as Mimica alongside AI tools. The team works closely with Shared Services functions worldwide and the Automation Center of Excellence to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, accuracy and cost efficiency.
This role is a core part of that team, supporting the discovery, analysis and re-engineering of business processes. The Analyst will work with large datasets, apply AI tools such as Claude and other chatbots, and liaise with stakeholders across multiple business teams and geographies.

Hybrid model / onsite for 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse large and complex datasets to identify inefficiencies, patterns and automation opportunities across Shared Services and business functions.
- Support the deployment and optimisation of Task Mining and Process Intelligence tools such as Mimica for process discovery and re-engineering.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and other chatbots to accelerate data analysis, documentation and the generation of process insights.
- Apply sound prompting principles to design effective, repeatable prompts that produce accurate and reliable outputs from AI tools.
- Conduct business analysis and requirements gathering, translating stakeholder needs into clear process and automation specifications.
- Query, structure and validate data, drawing on a solid understanding of database principles and data modelling.
- Map current-state and future-state processes, documenting workflows clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across various business teams and geographies.
- Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence and Technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with process requirements and standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, data sources, prompts and analysis methods.
- Support ad hoc analysis and project work as directed by the Automation & Process Intelligence Manager.
Skills / Competencies required:
The ideal candidate has experience in data analysis, business analysis or process improvement and should be able to demonstrate:
- A strong academic background and good career progression to date.
- The ability to analyse large, complex datasets and draw clear, actionable conclusions.
- A good understanding of database principles, data structures and querying languages such as SQL.
- Practical experience working with AI tools such as Claude or other chatbots, with a solid grasp of prompting principles.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear specifications.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with professionals throughout the organisation.
- The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across various business teams and geographies.
- Process analysis skills to identify inefficiencies, vulnerabilities and opportunities for automation.
- A pro-active attitude with an ability to take responsibility and make decisions, along with flexibility and a willingness to contribute to an exciting, dynamic and multi-cultural business.
Systems & tools used:
- AI tools and chatbots such as Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot
- Task Mining and Process Intelligence tools such as Mimica
- Alteryx or other no-code / low-code data analytics platforms
- SQL and relational databases
- Exemplary MS Excel, and proficient with other MS Office
- Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualisation tools
- Process mapping and documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio (an advantage)
