About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Creative Technologist / Multimedia Web Designer to own the full creative-to-production pipeline across both brands: visual design, motion/animation, video, and front-end web development with Webflow as the primary build platform. Hands-on individual-contributor role — concept through to shipped live pages and published content.

What you'll do

▪️ Design, build, and maintain Webflow sites — pages, CMS, schema, responsive layouts, SEO-clean markup

▪️Brand-consistent visual design: web graphics, social assets, decks, document design

▪️Motion design and animation (UI micro-interactions, explainer/promo)

▪️Video production and editing — short-form marketing and client-facing content

▪️Front-end development: HTML/CSS/JS, custom embeds, integrations

▪️Maintain visual and brand standards across both entities

▪️Support ongoing SEO/Webflow work (CMS publishing, schema, alt text, on-page)

What You'll Bring

✅ 5+ years in a comparable creative/web role

✅Advanced Webflow (CMS, interactions, custom code)

✅UI/visual design (Figma or equivalent) + brand systems

✅Motion/animation (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)

✅Video editing (Premiere / DaVinci or equivalent)

✅Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

✅Solid SEO and web-performance fundamentals

✅Fluent English

‼️ Must already be based in Dubai — no remote, no relocation

Preferred Qualifications

✅Experience with regulated / B2B tech, fintech, or cybersecurity brands

✅CMS-API publishing workflows; JSON-LD schema
