TECHNICAL MANAGER - Cyber Security

Minimum 12 to 16 years of cyber security experience handling team and customer services.

Owns the service delivery at customer location for all the tracks.

Manage the SLA and make sure its been met.

Present reports to client and internal stakeholders.

Be a technical leader to handle technical escalations and download reports from SIEM and other tools.

Hiring and mentoring team.

Handling review meetings.

Work as technical consultant for customer

Owns enhancements in the support.

Cybersecurity
