Technical Scrum Master (Ref: 196978)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for a high-profile AI transformation programme within the UAE government. You will manage cross-functional delivery pods, coordinate technical integrations, and work closely with government stakeholders to onboard entities onto an AI-powered policy platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management and delivery execution
• Coordinate technical teams across onshore and offshore locations to deliver against programme milestones
• Drive API and system integration activities with architects, engineers and Microsoft partner teams
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, UAT and project governance
• Support production deployments, BAU handover and user adoption
• Ensure delivery aligns with security, data sovereignty and compliance requirements

Key Requirements

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in technical environments
• Experience delivering cloud-based solutions with knowledge of APIs, integrations and Azure
• Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally within government or regulated industries
• Experience with Jira, Confluence and Agile delivery methodologies
• Understanding of AI, LLMs or Generative AI delivery is advantageous.

Desirable

• Oracle Fusion integration experience
• Experience delivering AI or digital transformation programmes
• Knowledge of sovereign cloud environments
• Arabic language skills (beneficial but not essential)
