Accounting Expert with Banking Background (Project Manager)

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Expert with a strong banking background to act as a Project Manager in developing and maintaining systems based on client-provided information. This role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, banking operations, and strong IT skills to create robust systems that can absorb and overcome potential obstacles. The successful candidate will manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of accounting systems based on client specifications and requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring that project goals are met.
• Apply banking expertise to ensure the system aligns with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems.
• Troubleshoot and address challenges in system performance, ensuring smooth operations.
• Leverage strong IT skills to design systems that can handle various complexities and obstacles.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their needs are met and providing updates throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting, with a strong background in banking operations.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot systems.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in accounting, banking, and system implementation.
• Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong project management skills with experience in leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Deep understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
