Are you an experienced Network & Security Engineer with expertise in enterprise networking, firewalls, and data center technologies? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team and support mission-critical infrastructure in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

🔹 Required Technologies

✅ Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches

✅ CCIE Written Certification/Qualification

✅ Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) & Cisco DNA Center (DNAC)

✅ Palo Alto Firewalls & Panorama

✅ FortiGate Firewall (Mandatory)

✅ FortiAnalyzer / FortiManager (Good to Have)

✅ Load Balancers with GSLB & WAF (F5 / Citrix ADC)

✅ Cisco ASA & Firepower (FTD/FMC)

✅ Cisco ACI (Preferred)

✅ Azure Cloud Networking (Good to Have)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting across enterprise network and security environments.
• Manage and resolve critical incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive service restoration.
• Lead vendor coordination and escalation for complex infrastructure issues.
• Provide technical support to project and operations teams for network and security-related initiatives.
• Represent the GBM Support Team and provide infrastructure support for DIB environments.
• Plan and execute weekend maintenance activities, including upgrades, migrations, and change implementations.
• Prepare upgrade proposals and ensure successful deployment with minimal business impact.

🔹 We're Looking For

✔ Strong expertise in enterprise networking and security technologies.

✔ Hands-on experience managing large-scale Cisco data center and campus environments.

✔ Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills.

✔ Experience working with enterprise firewalls, load balancers, and security platforms.

✔ Ability to lead critical incidents and coordinate with multiple vendors and cross-functional teams.
