Software Engineer

My client is looking for a Senior Rust Developer to join our core engineering team.

This role will focus on designing, building, and optimizing high-performance backend platform services using Rust.

You will work on production-grade distributed systems, scalable data services, and performance-critical backend architecture. The role involves close collaboration with product and infrastructure teams to ensure high availability, scalability, reliability, and observability across core platform services.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Rust and production backend or systems-level development
• Solid computer science fundamentals, including operating systems, networking, concurrency, algorithms, and data structures
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture
• Familiarity with Rust async runtimes and ecosystem tools such as Tokio, async-std, Actix, Axum, Serde, and Cargo
• Hands-on experience with Redis, Kafka, Flink or similar data streaming technologies
