About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Front-End Lead Developer to join our team as part of our initiative to develop advanced CRM and CMS tools tailored for the Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (B2B2C) market. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in React projects. As the Front-End Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product architects, product managers, and backend developers. Your expertise will be instrumental in defining the architecture for our front-end applications, ensuring seamless integration with backend services, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance our platform’s capabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence the technical direction of our products and work on innovative projects that impact communities nationwide.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proficiency in key web development technologies. Required qualifications include expertise in TypeScript and Node.js, along with a solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals. Candidates should have advanced skills in HTML and CSS, coupled with extensive experience in React development. Familiarity with Next.js, react-hook-form, RTK Query, and Redux is preferred. Additional soft skills such as excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior developers are highly valued. Knowledge of Cypress for testing, Angular, Docker, and working familiarity with Postgres databases will be considered advantageous. Experience with backend API frameworks like Express, NestJS, and LoopBack will further strengthen your candidacy. A proven track record of leading complex front-end projects and delivering innovative solutions is essential.
