Full Stack Engineer

Role: Senior Fullstack Developer

Location: Chicago, Seattle, Dallas

Work Mode: 3 days per week onsite

Experience: 10-15 years

About Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in .NET, C#, Azure Cloud, CI/CD or DevOps practices, along with experience in SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365 ecosystem (good to have).

This role requires someone who can work across front-end and back-end technologies, drive cloud modernization initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET and C# technologies
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services
• Develop and maintain robust APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for automated deployments
• Design and support enterprise collaboration solutions using SharePoint and/or Microsoft 365
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
• Participate in code reviews and establish engineering best practices
• Support production releases and troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Drive modernization and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
• Strong expertise in: C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 8+, Azure Cloud Services, Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines, REST APIs / Microservices Architecture
• Experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint Framework (SPFx) OR Microsoft 365 development
• Strong understanding of: DevOps methodologies, Source control (Git), Application security and performance optimization, Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications
