Our challenge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and SQL. The Ideal candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions, leading technical initiatives, and driving best practices.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $110k - $120k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities:

-Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.

- Write optimized SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

- Analyze data using Excel, Python, and other tools.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.

- Use AI and machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis (nice to have).

- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in SQL.

- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts.

- Experience with Python for data analysis (libraries like pandas, numpy, matplotlib, Pytorch, Tensorflow).

- Familiarity with AI concepts and tools is a plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
