Job Title: Total Rewards Specialist

Location: Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs.

Responsibilities

• Support compensation and benefits programs and processes

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis

• Assist in annual salary reviews and reward cycles

• Ensure compliance with compensation policies and structures

• Prepare reports and analytics related to rewards and benefits

• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on reward initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards

• Strong analytical and numerical skills

• Knowledge of salary benchmarking tools and HR systems

• Arabic and English are required
