Business Analyst(HR Module)

The Business Analyst carries out analytical processes regarding the possibility of implementing various IT solutions in order to increase the efficiency of specific processes or introduce automation.

Requirements:

• Complete higher technical/economic education
• At least 2 years of experience as an accountant, economist or business analyst, preferably in 1C/SAP implementation and process automation projects
• Knowledge of the subject area in the areas of personnel accounting, payroll. The future area of responsibility is the implementation and support of HR accounting and payroll solutions (including non-resident countries - Poland, Turkey)
• Knowledge of HR and payroll legislation
• Experience in developing business requirements for business process automation will be an advantage
• English at least Intermediate level - spoken and written
• Experience in SAP implementation projects will be an advantage
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Transition to the SAP system
• Conducting a survey, identifying and analyzing ERP requirements, coordinating them with stakeholders
• Analysis, description of business processes to be automated and reengineered
• Compiling a description of business requirements for ERP
• Development of development specifications, decomposition of functional requirements into User Stories.
• Development and formalization of proposals for improving business processes
• Participation in the implementation of SAP functional modules, including the formation of tasks and design of the scope of work
• Preparation of test cases and testing of completed customizations/developments
• Identifying and organizing activities to put SAP into production.
• Participation in SAP system support and development processes, including the development of business requirements, rules, and integration mechanisms
• Conducting user training, developing training materials and standards
