JOB TITLE: Executive - Digital Marketing

FUNCTIONAL AREA: Brand & Marketing

REPORTS TO: Sr. Brand Executive- Brand & Marketing

POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative digital marketing executive to support content development, business communications, lead SEO initiatives, and digital marketing efforts.

Role will require coordination within

a. Vertical | Brand Team - Brand Team, Social Media Team, Regional Marketing Lead, Creative & Copy team & B2C.

b. Company | Product/Design & Markets Team- For product walkthroughs & product specification mapping.

c. Company | Legal, & Commercial - for smooth functioning of all the projects running in the Brand Team & Digital Marketing Team

d. External | Partners & Collaborators - as per need

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

SEO/GEO Optimization Pointers

• Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility and GMB listings performance.
• Optimize content for AI-driven search experiences, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
• Structure content for featured snippets, voice search, and enhanced discoverability across search platforms.
• Monitor content performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute content strategies.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

• Analyze content and campaign performance metrics.
• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.

Years of Experience:

0-1 Yrs. Exp. in the area of SEO & Digital Marketing

Work in established Fashion, Apparel, Lifestyle Brands will be a key advantage.

Education:

Masters in Business Administration

Certification in Digital Marketing/ SEO preferred.
