Store Redesign Program Management

• Lead planning and execution of store redesign and refurbishment activities.
• Coordinate with design, operations, Real estate teams for layout finalization.
• Create project timelines, milestone trackers, and execution dashboards.
• Ensure minimal business disruption during redesign activities.
• Track budget utilization and cost optimization opportunities.

New Store Launches

• Manage end-to-end dark store setup from site handover to launch readiness.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for civil, electrical, IT, HVAC, fixtures, and equipment installation.
• Ensure launch timelines are met as per business requirements.
• Conduct readiness reviews and pre-launch audits.
• Support SOP implementation and operational stabilization post launch.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Manage contractors, vendors, consultants, and external agencies.
• Conduct regular governance meetings and status reviews.
• Escalate risks/issues proactively and drive resolution.

Reporting & Analytics

• Maintain project MIS, trackers, budgets, and dashboards.
• Provide leadership updates on timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Analyze launch metrics and improve execution efficiency.
