We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to help build and enhance a mission-critical integration platform that connects external partners and business systems through scalable, high-performance services. In this role, you will develop and maintain cloud-native applications, contribute to platform reliability, and support integrations that process large volumes of transactional data across multiple markets and business environments.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Go development, microservices architecture, cloud technologies, and event-driven systems, along with a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, system reliability, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Platform Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Go.
• Build high-performance integration solutions that support large transaction volumes and business-critical workflows.
• Develop clean, efficient, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of platform capabilities and performance.

Integration & Distributed Systems

• Develop and support integration services connecting external systems, applications, and business platforms.
• Implement event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication patterns.
• Build solutions that operate effectively within distributed system environments.
• Support scalable and resilient integration workflows across multiple business domains.

Reliability & Production Excellence

• Proactively monitor system health and identify opportunities to improve reliability and stability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet availability, scalability, and resilience requirements.

Architecture & Technical Contributions

• Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop scalable and future-ready technical solutions.
• Help define engineering patterns, standards, and best practices.
• Support modernization and optimization of existing systems.

Agile Delivery & Team Collaboration

• Work within a fast-paced Agile or Kanban environment.
• Participate in backlog refinement, estimation, and continuous delivery activities.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, architects, and delivery teams to drive successful outcomes.
• Support global rollouts and cross-functional initiatives.

Quality & Engineering Best Practices

• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) principles and automated testing practices.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Promote software quality, maintainability, and security throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools.

AI-Assisted Development

• Utilize AI-powered development tools and coding assistants to improve productivity and code quality.
• Leverage AI for code generation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and workflow optimization.
• Explore innovative approaches to improve software engineering efficiency through AI technologies.

Qualifications

Required

• Professional experience developing software applications using Go.
• Strong understanding of:
