Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives).
• Collect and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure value delivery and continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor and coach for the team, encouraging self-management and team autonomy.
• Support the Product Owner to ensure a clear and prioritized backlog aligned with business objectives.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Implement risk management practices, identifying risks and working on mitigation.
• Keep stakeholders updated on the progress of the teams and deliverie

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Lead in global complex environments.
• Proven experience operating in high-pressure or high-change environments
• Strong experience with Kanban, flow management, and demand shaping
• Experience managing stakeholders with competing priorities
• Advanced facilitation, communication, and conflict management skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira for workflow management and metrics tracking
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and SDLC
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM/KMP) or equivalent certification (preferred)
• Experience in Cybersecurity domain
• Experience in data analytics, metric reporting is a plus
• Experience leading Dashboard Visualization teams and familiarity with PBI, Tableau
• Experience working in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
• Background in software development, QA, or product management.
