Your new role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions across a diverse range of construction projects. You will analyse drawings and specifications, engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, and contribute to project planning and budgeting processes. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will help drive successful project outcomes while identifying value engineering and cost-saving opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience as an Estimator within the construction industry
  • Exposure to residential, commercial and/or industrial projects
  • Strong industry knowledge and established subcontractor and supplier relationships
  • The ability to manage multiple tenders and competing deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • A proactive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management capabilities
