We're partnering with one of Australia's leading technology companies to find a Lead Product Manager who will shape how AI transforms complex business workflows at global scale.

AI is fundamentally changing how software is built and how customers interact with products. This is an opportunity to sit at the centre of that transformation.

As the Lead Product Manager, you'll define how AI can solve complex customer problems, simplify business workflows, and create intelligent experiences that deliver real value at scale. Rather than focusing on standalone AI features, you'll identify where AI can fundamentally reshape the way work gets done, partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science and Design to bring those ideas to life.

You'll own the product strategy and roadmap for a critical domain, leading discovery, experimentation and delivery from concept through to launch. Working across multiple cross-functional teams, you'll balance customer needs, technical feasibility and commercial outcomes while influencing senior stakeholders and helping shape the organisation's broader AI product strategy.

This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role, suited to someone who enjoys operating in ambiguity, solving meaningful customer problems, and building products that have a measurable impact on millions of users globall

What you'll be doing

• Define the product vision and strategy for AI across a core business domain.
  
  
• Identify where AI can eliminate manual effort and create meaningful customer value.
  
  
• Lead customer discovery to uncover high-impact problems worth solving.
  
  
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science and Design to deliver AI-powered product experiences.
  
  
• Drive experimentation, prioritisation and delivery from concept through to launch.
  
  
• Influence senior stakeholders and align teams around a shared product vision.
  
  
• Measure success through customer adoption, product usage and measurable business outcomes.
  
  

What we're looking for You'll likely bring experience in several of the following:

• Product Management experience within high-growth SaaS or technology businesses.
  
  
• Experience building AI-enabled or AI-first products.
  
  
• Strong customer discovery and product strategy capability.
  
  
• Experience working alongside Engineering, Data Science and Design to deliver innovative products.
  
  
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning complex problems into clear product direction.
  
  
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to balance customer value, technical feasibility and business outcomes.
  
  
• An interest in applying Generative AI, LLMs or intelligent automation to solve meaningful customer problems.
