The IT Developer will be responsible for designing, building, improving, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports the company’s growth. This includes internal tools, ecommerce systems, automations, integrations, and scalable technical solutions that improve speed and efficiency across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who can execute quickly, solve problems independently, and leverage modern development tools, including AI-assisted coding tools such as Codex, to improve speed, quality, and productivity.

Role:

The IT Developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and improving software systems across the organization.

This is not just a coding role. The developer is expected to understand business challenges, translate them into technical solutions, move quickly, and deliver reliable systems that improve operational efficiency, performance, and scalability.

This person will collaborate closely with leadership, operations, product, and marketing teams to identify needs, design solutions, and continuously improve internal workflows and systems.

IT Developer Responsibilities:

❖ Software Development

➢ Build, test, and maintain web applications, internal platforms, and business tools.

➢ Develop scalable and reliable systems that support company growth.

➢ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.

➢ Improve system performance, stability, and scalability.

➢ Build integrations between different tools, platforms, and internal systems.

❖ AI-Assisted Development

➢ Use AI tools such as Codex and other modern assistants to accelerate development speed and quality.

➢ Work effectively with AI to generate, refine, test, and optimize code.

➢ Leverage AI for debugging, documentation, research, and implementation tasks.

➢ Stay updated on emerging AI tools and development workflows that improve productivity.

➢ Apply AI responsibly while maintaining strong engineering judgment, security, and code quality standards.

➢ Ability to work independently and deliver functional solutions quickly.

Compensation & Growth

➢ Salary range: USD 24,000 – 30,000 annually, depending on experience and profile.
