Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Listen actively to customer issues and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling customer complaints or challenges
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Proficiency in using computer applications and customer service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
