The Role

  • Plan and implement Kubernetes cluster solutions for security-relevant projects
  • Operate security-critical container and cluster systems with high availability requirements
  • Ensure IT security standards, system stability, and fault tolerance
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD processes, Infrastructure-as-Code, and monitoring in close collaboration with software development
  • Take on a technical leadership role as a Lead Engineer, providing support and mentoring in container and cluster technologies
  • Participate in the selection, implementation, and operation of new platforms, tools, and technologies

What You'll Need

  • Technical education in IT (HTL, FH, or university) with a focus on computer science or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience in a DevOps environment and with container and cluster solutions
  • Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes and experience with containerized applications, including security aspects
  • Proficiency in deployment and automation tools, as well as strong knowledge of CI/CD processes
  • Experience in operating and maintaining virtualization environments, ideally with Proxmox or Hyper-V
  • Basic knowledge of software development, preferably with C#/.Net
