Scrum Master

Join one of Belgium's leading energy companies and play a key role in driving Agile transformation. We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to coach Agile teams, foster continuous improvement, and enable successful delivery across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support Agile teams using Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and Agile workshops.
• Promote Agile values, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Track delivery metrics, team health, and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with stakeholders and the Agile Chapter.
• Support up to five Agile teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.

Required Skills & Experience

✔ Minimum 3 years of dedicated Scrum Master experience.

✔ Experience working as Scrum Master for 2–3 different Agile teams.

✔ Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.

✔ Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

✔ Fluent in English and Dutch or French (mandatory).

✔ Experience with Agile metrics and evidence-based improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience in non-IT environments.
• Design Thinking knowledge.
• UX methodologies.
• German language.

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

⏳ Duration: Long-term Assignment (Minimum 6 Months)

🗣 Languages: English + Dutch OR French (Mandatory)
