Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Daily Banking initiatives within a digital channels environment.

Work setup: Hybrid, Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning and execution to monitoring, control and closure.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements from key stakeholders across customer experience, marketing and operations.
• Collaborate with solution design and technical teams to define solutions aligned with digital strategy and business needs.
• Build and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, schedules and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate delivery with IT, business stakeholders, vendors and senior stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, changes and mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Define and coordinate testing, quality assurance, deployment, maintenance and support readiness activities.

Must-have requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a digital channels environment.
• Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors and technical teams.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Certification in a Project Management methodology is required.
• Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
