Location: Remote in Estonia
Employment type: Full-time
Start date: September 1, 2026
About the role:
Great learning experiences depend on solid technical execution. You'll be the person who takes learning designs and content from our learning team and turns them into activities that run smoothly, debugging what breaks, fixing what doesn't render, and building new interactive elements with HTML, CSS, and other tools. You'll work closely with content developers and learning experience designer, bridging the gap between creative learning design and clean, working code.
What you'll do:
- Review and debug learning content coming from the learning experience design team, and fix technical problems before anything reaches our learners
- Implement the design of learning activities through HTML, CSS, JS and other programming languages
- Bring new ideas for interactive and engaging learning activities and build them yourself
- Test learning content across platforms and devices to make sure it works reliably for everyone
- Work directly with learning experience designer and the learning team to turn design concepts into functioning learning experiences
- Document recurring technical issues and suggest improvements so the same problems don't come back
What you need:
- Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Educational Technology or a similar field (or equivalent strong work experience in these areas, or skills you can prove through informal education such as certifications, bootcamps, or self-directed learning)
- Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS, including the ability to build, inspect, debug, and fix web-based content
- Basic to intermediate experience with JavaScript, especially for creating or troubleshooting interactive elements
- Familiarity with browser developer tools and common debugging workflows
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to notice broken links, layout issues, inconsistent styling, or functionality problems
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical colleagues
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams
Benefits:
- Fully remote position
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunity to shape the next generation of education
