Sales Assistant – ICIW Helsinki Outlet

Are you energetic, customer-focused and passionate about retail, sports, and lifestyle? Great! We are now looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team in our ICIW store in Helsinki Outlet. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a world-class brand experience and supporting daily store operations.

What you will do

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and inspired
• Drive sales by understanding customer needs and presenting ICIW products with confidence 
• Support daily store operations including cashier work, restocking and maintaining store standards
• Assist in merchandising, product presentation and campaign set-ups to reflect ICIW’s premium brand identity
• Support creation of in-store content (photos/videos) when needed, and help bring brand moments to life
• Maintain a clean, organized and inspiring shopping environment
• Work closely with the Store Manager and team to deliver on sales targets and service goals
• Act as an ambassador for ICIW and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Skills & Requirements

• 1–2 years experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, sportswear or lifestyle
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach
• Team-player attitude, positive energy and willingness to go the extra mile
• Interest in sports, training and fashion is a strong plus
• Comfortable operating a POS system and basic store routines
• Fluent in English and Finnish (spoken and written)
• Swedish skills are a plus
