Automation Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Automation to join a global warehousing specialist delivering customer projects across both dedicated sites and multi-user sites.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead automation projects in a business operating across a range of customer verticals, including eCommerce, Retail, Fashion, Consumer, and Luxury.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the delivery of complex automation initiatives, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical suppliers to ensure projects are completed successfully from concept through to implementation.

The role will involve:

• Leading end-to-end automation projects
• Managing stakeholders across operations, technical teams, and external partners
• Supporting the rollout and integration of automation solutions into live warehouse environments
• Tracking progress, managing risks, and driving timely project delivery
• Ensuring projects meet operational, commercial, and technical requirements
• Working across both dedicated and multi-user customer environments

We are looking for someone who has:

• Proven project management experience in automation, warehousing, logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience delivering technical or operational projects in complex environments
• A structured and proactive approach to project delivery
• The ability to work across multiple customer types and operational settings
• A hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving ability
