Sr Technical Project Manager / Program Manager -BFSI

Work Location: Navi Mumbai

Working schedule: Operate from the client's office/ TechM ODC five days a week, with work required on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays according to the prescribed standards.

The program manager will play a crucial role in overseeing various facets of large banking digital transformation, ensuring that each component aligns with the overarching strategic goals. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions in core banking, payments, and digital channels like mobile and internet banking.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead project planning and execution phases.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage client expectations.

- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

We are looking for a dedicated professional with a deep understanding of the banking sector, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex project environments.

Primary Skills: Program Management 50%, Technical, Application Development (Java, Spring boot, Microservices, Oracle DB ) 50%

Skills/Qualification

• Minimum experience of 15+ years
• Program Management 50%, Technical 50%
• Candidate should be BE/BTech/MTech/MCA or Equivalent
• Should be working as a program head/director already in his current role for big team size program.
• Should have majorly worked on JAVA/J2EE technology.
• Should be 100% from Banking and Finance Delivery background.
• Should have experience in handling Indian customers.
• It should be comfortable to work from client office premises.

Banking Domains Skills

• Banking Retail/Corporate – Candidates may have experience in core Banking or retail baking or corporate banking.
• Cash Management/Loan Management
• Supply Chain finance or Financing domain for retail/corporate
• Asset & Liability Management/Wealth Management
