What is the role?

To support the activity with our Aerospace Client in Turin, we are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master DevSecOps. Our organization values innovation, reliability, and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.

Key responsabilities and tasks

• Lead the evolution and continuous improvement of the DevSecOps platform, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance infrastructure reliability, security, automation, and performance through innovative technologies and architectural optimizations.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, assessing technical feasibility, estimating effort, and planning implementation activities.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting modern infrastructure, DevSecOps best practices, automation, and the adoption of emerging technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional infrastructure teams, managing technical dependencies, risks, and project ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to ensure timely delivery and effective execution.
• Collaborate with international teams to align on cross-site initiatives, technical standards, and best practices.
• Partner with Cybersecurity teams to support security audits, compliance activities, and the implementation of security recommendations across the infrastructure and DevSecOps platform.
• Define and maintain infrastructure standards, reference architectures, and governance guidelines while acting as a technical leader and trusted advisor for platform evolution.
• Provide regular progress reporting, workload visibility, and decision-support information to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, risks, and project status.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management using Jira.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools, including GitLab, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Coverity, Xray, and Acunetix.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability platforms such as Grafana.
• Experience with IT Service Management processes and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of VMware virtualization technologies, including vSphere, NSX, Aria Operations, and Aria Automation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and stakeholder presentations.

Transversal Skills

• Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to quickly identify business opportunities and understand customer needs
• Ability to problem-solve and work in multidisciplinary teams

Languages:

• Italian (Fluent)
• English (fluent, oral and written)
