You will be joining the data analytics and insights team dedicated to the global Professional Services organization Meetings & Events, Consulting & Sports This unit is a fast growing margin generator.

As our business intelligence analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business data and generating valuable insights. You recognize the significance of your role in facilitating well-informed decision making and long-term planning within the Company.

What You'll Do on a Typical Day :-

• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that will support business growth
• Creating and maintaining data models, databases, and central dashboards to support data driven decision making
• Collaborating with stakeholders to establish business goals, metrics, and requirements and then translate these specifics into business analysis solutions
• Conducting data quality checks while ensuring data integrity and accuracy across all spectrums
• before implementing findings
• Developing reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and
• communicating these insights as recommendations to key collaborators to aid business decisions
• Seeing opportunities for process improvements and optimization based on data insights
  
  
  

What We're Looking For :-

• A Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s degree) in a field such as data analytics, statistics, business administration, mathematics, or a related subject area is preferred
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, information technology, or a related field of data management
• Deep technical skills in data collection, data mining, and statistical modelling techniques
• Work experience with programming tools and simple analytics tools such as Excel
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI to build compelling visualizations and reports
• Deep understanding of database concepts such as database structures, query languages, and data warehousing principles to keep the data warehouse organized
• Attention to detail: You must be meticulous and thorough throughout the data analysis process,
• ensuring accuracy in reporting and recommendations
• Critical thinking: You use strategic thinking to evaluate information objectively and assess alternative solutions to make informed decisions
• Collaboration and partnership: You’re a great teammate, always willing to work with multi-functional teams, share knowledge, and contribute to collective goals
• Problem solving skills: You can identify and define problems, analyze root causes, and develop innovative solutions based on strategic insights
• Should be comfortable to work in 12pm - 9pm shifts
