We're well-funded and backed by top investors, and are now looking for Senior Software Engineers to grow our tech team based in Luxembourg.

Skills you need to be great at this job:

• 5+ years in data engineering, with a track record of shipping production data systems.
• Strong Python and SQL, with proficiency in data-warehouse modeling and transformation (dbt or similar) at scale.
• Deep experience designing and owning ELT/ETL pipelines and data architecture - event-driven ingestion, lakehouse/warehouse, and real-time vs. batch trade-offs.
• Hands-on with the AWS data ecosystem (S3, Glue/Athena, Redshift, Kinesis, Lambda, Step Functions) and comfortable running platform components (e.g. Airbyte, Prefect/Airflow).
• Experience standing up ML infrastructure - experiment tracking, dataset versioning, training environments - and an interest in building the LLM/insight layer on top of clean data.
• Insist on high standards: data quality, monitoring, and cost-efficiency are built in, not assumed.

What success looks like in the first 6+ months:

• You own the data platform end-to-end - the layer the product, analytics, and AI all depend on.
• You delivered a clean, documented, trustworthy data warehouse and reliable ingestion for our major data sources, with monitoring and alerting in place.
• You defined the data layer that serves the product (events, feature store, query/LLM-over-data layer) so teams can build on it confidently.
• A working ML environment is available to the team, and you laid the groundwork for forecasting and recommendation use cases.
• You participated in the overall improvement of our engineering practices and showed that you care about what we build and the future of our group.
