Program Manager, EU Inbound & Inventory Placement Operations

Key job responsibilities

  • Facilitating relationships with third party partners and internal customers
  • Identifying operational gaps in new offerings and proposing operational requirements for new projects
  • Resolving customer impacting issues with technology teams
  • Interfacing with business and technical customers, gathering requirements and producing data-driven analysis; partnering with internal teams to support new products or functionality post launch
  • Developing metrics for assessing performance and trends
  • Conducting dive deeps in all areas of your product responsibilities
  • Demonstrating significant annual efficiency improvements

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in program or project management
  • Experience developing and tracking team and project-related metrics
  • Experience optimizing previously defined processes
  • Prior experience working as a process optimization program manager, delivering quantifiable team efficiencies
  • Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL
  • Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
