Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Product Manager role is based in Amsterdam and focuses on supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle for Asperitas solutions. The Junior Product Manager/ Product Management Coordinator supports the Product Manager in the day-to-day execution of product management activities. The role is responsible for maintaining product documentation, coordinating internal follow-up actions, supporting research activities, and ensuring that product information is structured, accurate, and accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize product documentation, requirements, specifications, and knowledge repositories.
- Ensure product information is structured, up-to-date, and accessible across teams.
- Support market, customer, competitor, and industry research activities.
- Prepare and consolidate information for roadmap discussions, planning sessions, and product reviews.
- Track actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies arising from meetings and workshops.
- Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure agreed actions are completed on time.
- Assist in managing product feedback, change requests, and improvement ideas by documenting requirements, gathering relevant information, and preparing inputs for Product Manager review.
- Support backlog refinement and requirement clarification activities.
- Support product validation to ensure product meets requirements throughout the development process
- Support teams in providing guidance to relevant insights or research
- Prepare product reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Stakeholder management: Coordinate communication and information flow between Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and other business functions maintaining a shared understanding of product scope and requirements.
- Support product launch and change management activities where required.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in product management (software preferred), project management, business analysis, operations, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience with Miro, writing user stories, MS suite (including MS Project)
- Software dev exp - Experience supporting feature scoping, testing, or release coordination.
Reporting Line
Reports to the Product Manager and works closely with Engineering, Project Management, and other business stakeholders.
