We are supporting a global tech organisation.

12 months contract – 40 hours per week – 80 EUR per hour (+VAT) – 2 days per week in the Amsterdam office for meetings

We’re seeking a dynamic and innovative Project and Program Management professional to lead high-impact projects that shape the future of our organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and influence enterprise-wide change initiatives, ensuring that excellence in project delivery aligns with our business priorities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of projects, applying structured methodologies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, plan, and document project goals, KPIs, and key deliverables.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement, including external vendors and senior leadership.
• Drive change management strategies to facilitate adoption and optimize project impact.
• Track progress, produce clear planning documentation, and ensure smooth project handovers.
• Support organizational growth by managing small to medium complexity initiatives with a global reach, influencing stakeholders up to Director level.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in project or change management.
• Proficiency in project lifecycle methodologies and change management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects with a global impact.
• Familiarity with organizational change processes and testing coordination.
• Knowledge of project management certifications such as PMP or Agile is preferred.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
• Industry knowledge related to our business sectors.
• Advanced data-driven decision-making skills.
• Fluency in multiple languages.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and under pressure.
• Flexibility to engage with international teams and stakeholders.
• Certification in PMP, Agile, or equivalent is a plus.
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
