We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to help assume full responsibility for the development and optimization of dashboards and reporting systems, ensuring high-quality data while delivering strategic insights to enhance product presentation, analysis, and sales in a competitive digital environment.

📌 About the role

You will integrate into a team where specialization in reporting and dashboard development is essential for driving strategic decision-making and operational optimization.

You will take complete ownership of the reporting function—designing, developing, and optimizing interactive dashboards that visualize critical KPIs. Far from being a purely technical role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex data sets into actionable business insights, support UX research initiatives, and assist with A/B testing analysis to optimize online store features, product placements, and promotional strategies across desktop and mobile applications.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience: +4 years of experience in an analytical role, with a strong mindset oriented toward business impact and decision-making.
• Technical Background: Proficient with data analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, and Google Analytics, alongside advanced skills in developing interactive dashboards (such as Tableau) to visualize KPIs.
• Optimization Focus: Solid experience or exposure to UX research and A/B testing analysis within an online sales, e-commerce, or digital product context.
• Stakeholder & Project Management: Ability to prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, work with cross-functional teams to gather market data, and ensure data quality and reliability.
