We are building proprietary models to keep up with the rising cyber threat enabled by AI democratisation. This is a deeply technical endeavour that, when combined with a lean UX, can be used by organisations of any size. Our proprietary tech, and the way in which we tune our models, allows for deployment flexibility meeting the requirements for even the most sensitive clients.

We’re a small team of top tier talent within ML and engineering, based in Stockholm. We value extreme ownership, high velocity and low-ego collaboration. What makes our work rare is that we train our own family of models exclusively on our own data, because we have to.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of building production systems, ideally at smaller companies.
  • Strong programming skills, applicable across the stack.
  • Hands-on experience and a strong drive to be an individual contributor.
  • You understand the trade-offs between security, stability, and speed.
  • You favour simplicity and treat maintainability as a feature.
  • You thrive with autonomy but hold yourself accountable for results.
  • You're excited about using AI tools to accelerate your work.
  • You communicate clearly and directly.
  • You automate repetitive work by default.

What You'll Do

  • Build significant parts of our backend architecture and shape how we build.
  • Make architectural decisions that will live in the codebase for years.
  • Build scalable, maintainable systems that our future selves won't curse at.
  • Automate everything worth automating.
  • Use AI tools to move faster without cutting corners.
  • Ship features, measure their impact, and fix what breaks.
